This new clampfor the Futura line of machines allows secure clamping of Best type keys, regardless of keyway. The 06V clamp has a built-in tip stop to allow the userto easily clamp this type of key. Jaw A (same as onthe 01V clamp) will be on the opposite side, so this jawcan be used for Best type keys and standard edge cutkeys. Simply install the 06V in place of the 01V on the Futura machine using the inner clamp spring from the01V.
The software on the Futura machine must be updatedto allow use of the 06V clamp. Remember thatthe Futura machine must be registered to allow forsoftware updates. To register a machine go to theSilca Futura.
