Active Perimeter Alarm Bypass Cable For SelectFord Vehicles
This cablecan be used onselectFord Vehicles (Mustang and others) with an active Perimeter Alarm System without disabling the alarm using the Door Keypad first or covering sensors.
Tested with Code Cannibal and Smart Pro, but this cable will also work withother programmersthat have the capability to program keys to these Ford Vehicles.
Instructions:
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Attach the vehicle’s negative battery cable to the isolator with the supplied bolt.
- Once the vehicle’s negative cable is connected to the bolt attach the cable’s black clamp on the negative post of the battery.
- Attach the cable’s red clamp on the positive post of the battery.
- Make sure LED is illuminated. This ensures proper connections have been made.
- Communicate with the vehicle using OBD Key Programmer of your choice, but do not attempt to program any keys at this point.
- Flip the switch on the cable off then back on.
- Initiate key programming and follow the OBD Key Programmer’s prompts afterwards.
