HPC developed Tubular Picks thatwork on all of the pins in the lock at the same time. This has proven to bethe most efficient and effective methodfor defeating tubular locks. With a few pumps in the lock, the feelers on HPC tubular picks move into position andmimic the pattern of the original key. You can thendecode the feelers andcut a new key by code,duplicate a keydirectly from the pick, and of course,open the lock.A genuine leather case and the Tubular Key & Pick Decoder are included with each model.

The Quick Reset Pick combines the adjustable collet with the quick reset feature. The Barrel has a special diameter that allows it to work on standard as well as some small bore locks found on some bicycle locks.
