Features Of The Smart Pro Mercedes Solution:
Guided procedure: The Smart Pro guides youstep-by-step through the programmingprocedure. You canread data either from the OBDcable, which is always connectedto the vehicle whenprogramming or from theimmobilizer unit using the keyemulator.
Online connection:The Smart Pro must be connectedto the internet and anoriginal key is required to completethe procedure. Data isdecrypted from the original keyand encrypted into theIlco Look-Alike Remote key via acloud solution.
Password retrieval at no cost:The password needed to completethe programmingprocedure is calculated in thebackground by the system. Itsretrieval requires no additionalcosts.
No tokens needed:The Mercedes Solution isalways available to customerspurchasing the SmartProgrammer. No additionaltokens are required.

What does ADS2298 software do?
The ADS2298 software is designed to program slot keys compatible with Mercedes models1996 – 2014.The software is automatically activated when the Smart Programmer ADC260,required for programming these keys, is connected to the Smart Pro.
A maximum of 8 keys can be programmed with this solution – you dont have to deleteexisting keys to add new ones. The software shows the unused slots among the 8 keys available on aMercedes vehicle to avoid overwriting an existing working key.
With ADS2298 software you will have a choice of standard OBD or emulator key procedure to ensure maximumvehicle coverage.
The security password is calculated in the background bythe server – the Smart Pro must be connected to the internet. The 4-button slot key by IlcoPOD-BENZ-4B1 is required for this software and offers the same infrared technology usedby original keys. This software does not use tokens. Online connection is required.

The software is included for freewith the purchaseof the ADC260 Mercedes Smart Programmer device. Support for all keys lost situations iscoming soon.

About ADC-260 Mercedes Smart Programmer:

• ADC-260 connects to the customers Smart Prodevice via USB cable and comes equipped with an emulator key.
• The key emulator simulates the original key to read data from the car immobilizer.
• It perfectly fits the ignition unit of vehicles supported by this solution.
• The base station features an infrared slot for key reading and writing. It lodges in the Smart Aerial slot at the back of the Smart Pro.
• The device is connected to the Smart Pro via a USB port.

Ilco Look-Alike slot keys (POD-BENZ-4B1):

• Similar design as the original key.
• Ready-to-program with the PCB, infraredtechnology, and emergency blade HU106 included
• Infrared technology allows you to automatically openand close the windows just like original keys.
• Possibility to reset and rewrite the key in case ofmistakes while programming.
• The default key configuration is 315MHz, but a frequency of433MHz can be set in the markets where allowed.
