The ASOIC8S adapter allows an unattached 8 pin serial eeprom or serial SPI flash eprom part to be easily attached to the ASERSM1A, CABLE8/DD or CON2DIP INTERFACE. The ASOIC8S installs directly onto the header pins of the corresponding adapter or interface (see photos). The positive lock clamshell socket opens to accept the part. Once the part is placed on the alignment fingers, the clamshell latches shut. Designed to use withAR32 Eeprom Reader.
