What does the software do?

ADS2282 software is designed to read pincodes from various GM,Chevrolet, Cadillac and Buick vehicles with proximity and bladedsystems directly from the vehicles BCM module. Reading through thevehicle BCM, this software does not depend on the type or size of engineinstalled but rather on the make, model and year. Therefore, this method willgreatly enhance success, simplify the process of pincode reading andimprove the coverage on GM vehicles.

If you are on a token plan on Smart Pro, one token is deducted per pincode.

This software is available on Smart Pro only.

Note: Additional software will be required for key programming.
Use ADS2187/ADS2223 for key programming.

The following items are required in order to use this software:

• SmartPro programmer
• OBD Master CableADC2000 (included with the SmartPro)
• Software ADS-187 or ADS-223(needs to be purchased separately)
